CROPS and
DOLPHINS(DAUPHINS)
In July, 2002, under the pressure of the government Bush, the Oceanographic and atmospheric National Administration ( NOAA), an American federal agency, decided to exempt during 5 years the US navy of the international rules of protection of cetaceans aiming at the ban on certain types of sonars. Henceforth, the American navy can, with complete impunity, use sonars on base frequency for the submarine detection, in spite of the risks incurred by dolphins(dauphins), whales and other cetaceans. These sonars are intended to track down at long distance the new types of place mats said "silencer". Two military vessels are already equipped with it. They possess a very noisy engine the equivalent of a reactor Boeing 747 in the takeoff), and emit(utter) powerful signals on the frequencies which dolphins(dauphins) and whales use to communicate between them and find a way during their movements. These waves can provoke internal bleedings to whales in a perimeter of several dozens kilometres, and even if their effects become blurred beyond, they cross(go through) very long distances and are capable of disrupting(perturbing) the migrations of cetaceans in several hundreds of kilometres around. Some days after the first broadcasts(emissions,issues) of infrasonic vibrations made with these two sonars, and at the time of the launch of a program aiming at equipping the other American warships of sonars even more powerful and even more dangerous for cetaceans, appeared to Eastfield, in England, the following crop circle:
